Dear
Brethren:
The 32nd Annual
Ministers' Conference has come and gone. Plans are now underway for
the 33rd Conference as we speak. You are an integral part of your
2009 plans. Your suggestions for an even better 2009 conference have
already been inculcated into the programmatic structure for the next
conference.
In the coming
months, we will continue to keep you updated on the 2009 plans. The please
register now using the online registration feature on this web site.
Registration for the
MIC is $160.00 per person
(When three or more people from the same
congregation register together, the price is $150.00 per person, but you
must call the MIC Secretary at
954-733-3385 to secure this
rate.)
We ask that you
visit this site often to stay updated. It is critical that all
attendees pre-register for the 2009 conference. If you were not
able to attend the 2008 conference, we very much hope that you will
be able to join us in 2009.
Kind regards,
W. F.

Founder and Host
Minister
The
Ministers' Institute Conference is hosted by the New
Golden Heights Church of Christ in the interest of bringing
together men of God of like precious faith.
The MIC is
comprised of men who believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God,
our authority, and our only authority in religion.; and of men who
believe God is both just and sovereign, with a burden to continue to
proclaim and live the powerful standard portrayed in God’s book, the
Bible.
It is our firmly held belief here at the Golden Heights church of
Christ, there has never been a time more pregnant with a need when
God needed
men to stand in the gap and make a wall on behalf of the lost (Ezek.
22:30). We firmly believe the force of Matthew 16:18 is as poignant
now as it was when spoken by the Lord. From it, among other things,
three things emerge:
-
Revelation
-
Identification
-
Authorization
From this
premise, and the total universe of the New Covenant, we humbly
launch the 2009 MIC lectures. We solicit your attendance.

Mission, Vision, and Values
The Lauderdale
Lectures and Ministers’ Institute Conference is designed to bring together men
and women of God of like precious faith for a serious look at our
message and mission.
To articulate
what we believe and why we believe it.
To seek to unify
our speech:
-
In matters of
doctrine .........UNITY
-
In matters of
opinion ..........LIBERTY
-
In All
Matters.....................LOVE
To provide a
loving, personal and frontal interaction between the pioneers of our
brotherhood and our younger preachers.
To set forth a
program agenda that speaks to the sustaining of fundamental New
Testament Christianity as preached by Christ and the Apostles.
To perpetuate the
fundamental pulpit while at the same time not antagonistic to the
next progressive idea that allows us to better meet the needs of the
community and church that we serve with the New Testament message.
To encourage our
women of God in their pursuit of the fulfillment of the mission of
Jesus Christ.
To honor each
year a Living Legend of our brotherhood and other older and
successful preachers.
